Upload your audio masters and print-ready artwork files for your cassette tape duplication order through our secure file transfer portal. For the best audio quality on cassette, we recommend submitting your masters as WAV or AIFF files at 24-bit/96kHz resolution. We also accept 16-bit/44.1kHz files as a minimum standard. Please submit separate files for Side A and Side B of your cassette, clearly labeled. For artwork, we accept PDF, PSD, AI, and INDD files at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. Make sure your artwork includes proper bleed areas as specified in our free templates. If you have not yet prepared your artwork, download our templates first to ensure your J-card, label, and O-card designs meet our print specifications. Our team reviews every submission and will contact you if we spot any issues with your audio levels, file formats, or artwork dimensions before proceeding with production.
